UK-Caribbean Infrastructure Fund: A Glimpse Into The Delivery of Resilient Infrastructure
Synopsis
This lunchtime event has been organized by Young SECED in collaboration with the ICE London G&S Committee.
The UK Caribbean Infrastructure Fund is a UK aid funded programme that is building 15 large infrastructure projects in the Caribbean, including roads, ports, water networks, energy systems and agricultural developments. But how do you make sure that these investments are resilient to disasters, and deliver the best social development outcomes for the countries and communities they will serve? Come to hear about a career in international development, delivering vital infrastructure in places that need it most.
