Annual General Meeting 2019

Agenda

All SECED members are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Society. Non-members are also welcome to attend, but will have no voting rights. A full agenda will be distributed to all SECED members (via email). The agenda is as follows.

   Barnali Ghosh to report.
6. ELECTION TO THE COMMITTEE
   Results of nominations/elections to be reported.
7. ANY OTHER BUSINESS

   Wednesday 22nd April 2020 at the Institution of Civil Engineers.

Any resolutions duly supported by not less than five members of the Society and notified to the Secretary not less than seven days before the date of the Annual General Meeting, shall be dealt with at the meeting.

The SECED AGM is preceded by the EEFIT AGM at 6pm and followed by the evening meeting, Recovering the Lost ‘Moment’: How Timber-laced Masonry May Hold the Secret to Stopping Pancake Collapse of Concrete Moment Frames. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be served between 5.30pm and 6pm.

The following candidates have agreed to be nominated for the five vacancies on the SECED Committee:

All members of the Society should have received a ballot form, which must be returned to the SECED Secretary before 4.30pm on Thursday 2nd May 2019. The results of the ballot will be announced at the AGM.
